- Replacement: You may request a new package to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

- Verification Process: Our team will verify the non-delivery status of your package.

- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval.
- Replacement Shipping Time: Replacement packages will be shipped out within 2 business days from the date of approval.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Jungle Boys is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
